Guru Nanak College, Moga has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC), headed by a senior professor, to ensure that every student has a fair, transparent, and confidential channel to raise academic or non-academic concerns. This is in compliance with the guidelines of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), which are statutory in nature and binding on the institution.
The Committee is committed to resolving genuine grievances promptly and impartially — whether they relate to academics, examinations, infrastructure, harassment, or any other matter affecting a student's experience at the College. Students are encouraged to approach the Committee without hesitation; all complaints are handled with sensitivity and in strict confidence.
The Committee constituted at Guru Nanak College Moga comprises the following members.
Senior faculty member heading the Grievance Redressal Committee, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the resolution process.
Faculty member supporting the Committee in reviewing and addressing student grievances fairly and promptly.
