Gurmat & Moral Education Society

Nurturing spiritual growth, moral values, and Sikh heritage through Gurbani, music, and seva among students.

Gurmat & Moral Education Society
Incharge: S. Davinder Pal Singh

The Gurmat & Moral Education Society is one of the most cherished societies at Guru Nanak College Moga. Rooted in the timeless teachings of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, this society aims to instil spiritual awareness, moral discipline, and a deep sense of Sikh identity among students.

The society regularly organises Gurbani kirtan programmes, religious lectures, and moral education sessions that help students connect with their cultural roots while developing inner strength and a compassionate outlook towards life.

Students are also trained in Gurmat Sangeet — the classical tradition of Sikh devotional music — fostering artistic talent alongside spiritual growth. Participation in inter-college Gurmat competitions and SGPC-organised events is a regular feature of the society's calendar.
