Objectives
- Promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalisation of quality culture
- Ensure heightened awareness about academic, administrative, and other quality-related activities
- Facilitate the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education
- Act as a nodal agency for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption of good practices
- Build an organised methodology of documentation and internal communication
- Prepare the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) based on the quality parameters set by NAAC
Functions
- Development and application of quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities
- Dissemination of information on quality parameters to all stakeholders
- Organisation of workshops, seminars, and training programmes on quality-related themes
- Documentation of programmes and activities across departments, clubs, and committees
- Collection and analysis of feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Coordination with the Discipline, Examination, Research, Library, and other institutional committees on quality matters
